Why I done that? I don't know...really! 
Officially, this famous logo represent Newton's apple. For my part, I think there are two other references: The apple of Adam and Eve who gave them the Knowledge and the apple of Alan Turing, the pioneer of Artificial Intelligence. He committed suicide by eating a poisoned apple with cyanide. He wanted to die in the same way that his beloved Disney's character: Snow White...
